Scout has such an awesome connotation in the English language. It seems to give off the air of "never stop exploring," and "If there's something left to discover, I will find it." Seems, too, only the toughest things are dubbed, "Scout:" trucks, organizations to turn boys into men, and, now, gloves. And Dakine wasn't messing around here. They named these gloves the Scout for a reason.Check the fleece lining and one hand cinch gauntlet. Whenever a glove comes with a feature including the word gauntlet and it's not a clever reference to the arcade game, you know it's a must have. I'm sure if "fleece" had a tougher moniker, Dakine would have gone with that too, but for now it will suffice.
